Support Departments

Provides ability for Administrator to group Co-Administrators and Support Tickets to different created departments.

Co-Administrators receive Support Tickets only from assigned departments. Support Tickets can be escalated to different departments. It allows admin to group tickets, and organize tickets in the way they would prefer to solve them. It allows admin to speed up the whole process of answering tickets and prioretize them accoring hto is needs.


You can create and set up different department via Admin Panel:
